A 40-year-old man has been ordered to stand trial on charges in a fatal house fire.
Jonathan Rosenthal was first accused of arson in November of 2018 and then charged with an indignity to a human body and second degree murder.
The body of a 37-year-old woman was found after the July 6th fire in the 200 block of Avenue F North was extinguished.
Crystal Louise McFadyen was eight months pregnant.
Her disappearance was reported to police by her family a day before the fire. She had been missing for two days.
The trial was ordered after Rosenthal’s preliminary hearing in Saskatoon Provincial Court.
