Officers are re-routing drivers at Circle Drive and Ruth Street and also at Idylwyld Drive and 8th Street, where multiple vehicles are in the ditch, so you can expect traffic delays. Avoid the area if you can. There have been numerous accidents on Circle Drive today. The Police Service advises everyone to slow down, allow for extra driving time, and extra stopping distance.
