A Saskatoon business which was shut down last month due to a rodent infestation is now the subject of a recall by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
The CFIA has issued a recall for a variety of products that could include meat, fish, dry foods and others, sold up to and including December 29th from Bistak Enterprises Inc and Bistak Groceries Inc. located at 325 20th Street West.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority shut the site down last month and now the CFIA says there is possible salmonella contamination in their products which were sold in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and possibly other provinces and territories. Anyone with their products are advised to throw it out or return it to the location where it was purchased.
