The 1968 custom-built Ford Mustang Fastback that was auctioned off Friday in Scottsdale, Arizona as part of the Pegasus Project for the renewal of STARS’ fleet sold for $1 million dollars U.S.
The funds raised will go towards renewing the air ambulance’s fleet of helicopters.
The custom-built Mustang was auctioned off at the world-famous Barret-Jackson car auction.
Former Humboldt Bronco, Kaleb Dahlgren is also donating all of the proceeds from his book Crossroads to the Pegasus Project.
The project was launched in 2019 to renew STARS’ fleet in response to the Broncos bus crash.
