RCMP say It has been over two months since seven year old Sarah Jackson has seen her mom, who was granted full custody. Mariecar Jackson of Regina says she last saw her daughter mid-November.
Police continue to ask for the public’s help in finding Sarah, who is believed to be with her dad, Michael Gordon Jackson. He lives in Carievale, Saskatchewan. In connection to this investigation, Jackson has been charged with abduction in contravention of a custody or parenting order. There is a Canada-wide warrant for his arrest.
Investigators believe there are people aiding or assisting Jackson in evading police. The RCMP reminds these individuals that they are helping to keep Sarah from her mom. Sarah’s mom told media that she wanted Sarah vaccinated against COVID-19, and her husband did not.
Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest or charge of those responsible for this offence or any other serious crime.
