The Regina Fire and Protective Services responded to a fire in a multi family row house early this (Thurs) morning. Several suites were evacuated and mobile crisis was called in to assist.

Fire crews say they experienced heavy smoke and fire when dealing with the blaze. There has been one victim identified, but there is no update on their condition.

An investigator has been called into determine the cause of the fire.
