The Regina Police Service is asking for the public’s help to fine a woman and her son. Police received a missing person’s report from a family member last Friday, expressing concern that they weren’t able to get in touch with 33 year old Kelsey Helen Linda Comeault. She is believed to be with her ten year old son, Carter Arnold in Regina.

Investigators don’t believe the mother and child are victims of any criminal wrongdoing, but there are concerns for their well being. Kelsey Comeault is described as 5-foot-2 and 125 pounds with long, light brown hair and eyes. Carter is 5-foot-1, around 130 pounds and has short, light brown hair and brown eyes.
