A second youth has been charged in connection to a November homicide in Regina. One other person, a male youth has already been charged in connection with the November 1st homicide of a 16-year-old girl from Regina.
Police say the investigation began after the responded to a home in the 1200 block of Rae Street for a report of a weapons offence. Once officers arrived, they found the girl outside who appeared to be dead. EMS crews confirmed the death.
On November 2nd, the case was confirmed a homicide. Then on the 15th of that same month, a youth was charged with second-degree murder.
Then yesterday (tues), a second male youth was charged with second-degree murder.
The youth appeared in court today (wed).
