A 37-year-old Calgary man is wanted by Yorkton RCMP on charges of fraud, theft and breach of trust.

Police say the owner of a Calgary contracting form owes subcontractors for work on a large retail clothing store.

RCMP has issued a Canada-wide warrant for Christos Eutathios Fotopoulos.

Police began their investigation in December 2016.
