Warman RCMP are reporting a fatal accident. On Saturday night around 9:45, an RCMP officer noticed an SUV allegedly driving erratically on Highway 12. Police say the officer tried to stop it, but the vehicle sped away. The officer continued to follow and came upon an accident involving the SUV and another vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 30 year old woman from Warman, was declared dead at the scene and her passenger was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

RCMP say the identity of the driver of the SUV who was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries is still under investigation and there is no update on their condition.
