Repairs to a sinkhole that formed in the south bound lanes of Broadway Avenue near 8th Street East are ongoing.

City crews had been working on a water main repair at the location earlier this week. Drivers are advised to avoid Broadway and 8th because there is only limited access to the intersection. Detour signs are in place.

Water service has been disrupted to area business and residents while repairs continue.
