Family-fun activities will take over the Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina for Earth Day this Sunday.
Earth Day is technically Friday but most of the events to mark the occasion are scheduled to take place this weekend.
Sunday morning at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum will see activities held by the South of the Divide Conservation Action Program. Those spending the day at the museum will be able to learn about biodiversity and sharing our environment.
The afternoon will hold two activities including a craft session where families can build paper bird feeders and bird masks.
Clean-up events are scheduled for various communities across the country this weekend. In Saskatoon Friday C-PAWS has organized a clean up along the river bank and anyone who wants to help out can drop in at the Canoe Club launch at 1 this afternoon, all the supplies are provided.
