A second person has been charged from a Regina Police Service homicide investigation. Emergency crews were dispatched to a house fire in the 1400 block of Cameron Street on December 16th. Firefighters discovered the body of a man, 24 year old Morgan Blind, and further investigation determined the death to be a homicide.

On December 23rd, 37 year old Percy Bernard Pascal was charged with first degree murder. And now, from the ongoing investigation, 36 year old Nigel Franklin Cheslock is facing the same charge. His first court appearance was this morning (Wed).
