The longest running film festival in North America is on again for the 75th year.
The Yorkton Film Festival began last night (Thurs) with a screening of the film “Donkeyhead” and the festival runs until Sunday (29th). YFF Executive Director Randy Goulden says Saturday is the Golden Sheafs Awards Gala. She notes that many filmmaker take part in this because it’s the first step into the Canadian Screen Awards and other prestigious awards in North America.
