A 22 year old man charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon following an incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on May 18th in Prince Albert, is now facing a second degree murder charge. Thirty-one year old Allan Andres succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.

Prince Albert Police responded to the 800 block of 15th Street East on the 18th and determined there had been an altercation. Rajdeepsingh Bihola has been remanded into custody and will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday morning.
