Saskatoon Police say they never tracked anyone down who could have been linked to a “shots fired” report.

Police were called to the 1500 block of Preston Avenue South around 9:40 a.m. this morning – that’s about three blocks south of 8th Street.

Officers searched the area but did not locate anyone in relation to shots being fired and police do not believe there is a threat to public safety.
