Over a pound of methamphetamine off the streets, along with nearly four grams of crack cocaine, bear spray, ammunition and a home-made taser. All in a day’s work for the Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team who also confiscated over $5 thousand cash, weigh scales, four cell-phones and made two arrests. It all went down on Tuesday on the Mistawasis First Nation near Shellbrook. 35 year old Narcisse Paul Bear was wanted on a Canada-wide Warrant for Breaching Conditions of his parole and for being Unlawfully at Large. Officers found him driving a vehicle on the First Nation. 25 year old Shay Watson was an occupant and was arrested for Breach of Recognizance. When officers searched the vehicle they allegedly came up with all of the goods they confiscated. Both suspects are facing numerous weapon and drug charges. They made their first court appearances on Wednesday.
