A group raising funds to help those who haven’t yet been able to flee the war-torn areas of Ukraine is hosting a barbeque at Canadian Tire at Preston Crossing. It’s on now and continues until 4 p.m. You can also sign a card for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the people of Ukraine.

If today (Thurs) doesn’t work, donations and card signing will also be received on Friday. The funding will be directed to Ukraine through the registered Canadian non-profit Partners in International Ministries. (Charity No. 89534 9124 RR0001)
