Warman RCMP responded to a fatal accident at 8:50 p.m. on Monday night after a northbound SUV and a northbound pick up truck collided.

The accident caused the SUV to roll and its driver, a 21 year old man from Leask, was pronounced deceased at the scene. His family has been notified.

Those inside the pick up truck  did not report any injuries.

Highway #12 was closed in both directions for several hours but re-opened overnight.

Warman RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.

The accident happened on Highway #12 approximately 5 kilometres north of Martensville.
