Southey RCMP say a van traveling south on Highway 6 and a northbound semi hauling farm implements collided around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
A 34 year old man from Regina driving the van died at the scene. A 62 year old man operating the semi did not report any injuries to police.
Over the supper hour yesterday, RCMP shut down Highway #6 in both directions to investigate a serious accident involving two vehicles. The crash occurred approximately 13 kilometres north of Regina. The highway re-opened overnight.
