Ballantyne was last seen June 28 at a residence in the 800 Block of 14th Street West in Prince Albert and is believed to have been in Saskatoon on June 30.

The missing man is five-foot 11-inches tall, 210 pound and has black shoulder-length hair that he wears in a ponytail or braid.
