A June 25 sexual assault case in La Ronge has led the R-C-M-P detachment in the community to release a composite sketch of the suspect in their investigation of the incident.

The sketch can be found with our online story with the public asked for assistance with identifying him. The La Ronge R-C-M-P investigation has determined that a teenage girl was approached by a man in a vehicle late in the evening of June 25th on La Ronge Avenue in La Ronge. The girl was forced into the vehicle and assaulted. The suspect is described as being in his 40s or 50s, tall with a slim build. He has brown eyes and brown, possible greying, hair that is receding. He is described as having a beard and sunken cheeks, possibly caused by acne scarring. He was driving a two-door red car with black leather interior and a broken rear window. Anyone with information or who can identify the suspect from the sketch is asked to call their local R-C-M-P detachment or Crime Stoppers.
