RCMP have made an arrest in connection with the theft of a poppy box in Lloydminster. The theft from a business happened on Monday. That same night, two witnesses allege they saw a man steal a poppy box at a business in Sherwood Park Alberta. The witnesses follow the man outside and, along with an off-duty officer, detained the man until police arrived. Police determined that this man was also suspected in the theft in Lloydminster. 34 year old Korey McPhee of Lloydminster is charged with Theft in both offenses. He was in court in Sherwood Park Provincial Court on Wednesday.
