Our newsroom told you about an accident on the weekend when a vehicle hit the barricade at a “T” intersection at Highway 305 and Ferry road about five kilometres west of Warman.

Warman RCMP now say the woman driving was taken to hospital by STARS with what are described as serious injuries and two adult passengers were taken by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident happened around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday and the vehicle was launched 23 metres into a field, landing on its roof and catching fire.

Warman Fire and Rescue say the occupants managed to get out of the vehicle suffering injuries and burns.

Warman RCMP continue to investigate the accident.
