FOUND:  RCMP Frances Hamilton has been located safe.

Yorkton RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 76 year old woman from Yorkton.

Frances Hamilton was last seen around 1:15 p.m. Friday in Fort Qu’Appelle where she asked for directions, which she was given, on how to travel to Balcarres and Yorkton.

She was reported missing to Brandon Police Service shortly before 4:00 p.m. Manitoba time and was also in Brandon, Manitoba in the morning the same day and was expected to be traveling to Yorkton from there.

Her current whereabouts are unknown and police want to speak with her to confirm her wellbeing.

Frances may appear confused or disoriented. She may not know where she is or may have asked someone for directions.

The photograph isn’t recent and her hair is now shoulder-length, straight, greyish-blonde/brown. Its believed she was last wearing dark navy or black pants, a dark jacket and possibly a blouse.

If you see Frances, the black Rav 4 she is traveling in, or if you spoke with her or gave her directions, please contact your nearest police service immediately or call 911.
