The investigation continues into last Wednesday’s single vehicle rollover at the Beaver River bridge crossing on Highway 903, south of Pagan Lake, with two new developments.

The truck that drove off the bridge and was completely submerged in the river, was removed from Beaver River with the assistance of heavy equipment operators. However, the previously unaccounted for adult female, a 20-year-old from the Dillon area, was located deceased inside. R-C-M-P Collision Reconstruction and Meadow Lake General Investigation Section continue to investigate with the assistance of the Meadow Lake R-C-M-P detachment. When officers responded to the call last Wednesday at about 7 p.m., there was a man standing on top of the submerged vehicle. He was pulled to shore with a rope and transported to hospital, but the woman in the vehicle was unaccounted for.
