A second person was arrested Monday and charged with the first degree murder of Megan Gallagher.
The Saskatoon woman was last seen two years ago and police have treated her disappearance as a murder investigation. Her body has not been located.
Twenty-nine year old Cheyann Crystal Peeteetuce was in a Prince Albert jail on an unrelated sentence. She is being transported to Saskatoon for a court date on Tuesday morning.
Meantime, the first person charged with first degree murder waived the reading of charges on Monday morning. Robert James (Bobby) Thomas did this via phone from the Saskatoon Correctional Centre. His next court date is October 6th.
