The Saskatoon Crime Reduction Team recovered a large amount of drugs and cash following the September 22nd arrest of a 42-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman—both from Saskatoon.

Officers observed the pair engage in a suspected drug transaction in the 300 block of 4th Avenue North. As part of the subsequent investigation, police seized the following:

-$20,269 Canadian

-$276 US

-224.7 grams powdered cocaine

-518.3 grams crystal methamphetamine

-704 dilaudid tablets (hydromorphone)

-2009 Hyundai Genesis

-2013 Lincoln MKX

-various drug paraphernalia

The pair are facing several drug trafficking and proceeds of crime-related charges.
