A 33-year-old man who has pleaded guilty in a fatal accident between two half-ton trucks will be sentenced on March 19th.
Anthony McLelland has admitted to impaired driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
RCMP laid nine charges about seven months after the December 21st 2018 accident on Highway 305 and 11 near Warman.
An 11-year-old girl died at the scene and two others in that truck were taken to hospital.
The driver was the only person in the other truck. He was also taken to hospital.
