The Provincial NDP is expressing concern about western separatism.
Opposition leader Ryan Meili has asked Premier Scott Moe to denounce western separatism after talks with the Prime Minister this week saying not to shows a lack of leadership.
Meili also told the legislature it appears the premier is more interested in fanning the separatist flame for his own political gain.
Moe says he pointed out three key areas that need to change but did not receive any support from the Prime Minister.
Moe says asking for adjustments to the carbon tax, equalization formula and improved access for Saskatchewan exports is the kind of leadership Saskatchewan residents want.
