Kevin Kraft is being replaced on an interim basis by Ayrn Otterbein while the Board of Directors searches for a replacement.

Kraft started work June 1st and replaced Kirby Wirchenko who served as executive director for 14 years before accepting a position at TCU place. The announcement was made in a short news release issued by Nikesh Madhar, chair of the Friends of the Broadway Theatre.

The Friends of The Broadway Theatre is a non-profit, community-based organization with charitable status. It is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Saskatoon’s historic Broadway Theatre, a civically and federally recognized heritage building.

The Broadway Theatre is a 430-seat venue for live music, film, dance, theatre and both community and private events, and it plays a significant role as a community arts and culture centre.
