Buffalo Narrows RCMP are asking for the public’s helping in tracking down a 23-year-old man wanted in connection to a stabbing and alleged theft of a firearm.

RCMP say the stabbing took place earlier this morning (Mon) in Turnor Lake.

Kobin Morin is believed to have fled on foot and is considered armed and dangerous.

Residents in the community have been advised to take precautionary measures and to report any suspicious activity to police. Members of the public are asked to avoid unnecessary travel to Turnor Lake.

An adult male victim is receiving medical attention, but the status of his injuries is unknown at this time.

Kobin Morin is described as being approximately 6’1″ and weighing 200 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve and dark pants.
