Joe Diffie’s “Third Rock From the Sun” tune could be used as background music for Timothy Iron’s criminal case in Prince Albert.

The 36-year-old appeared in P.A. Provincial Court Monday morning facing multiple charges after a Saturday vehicle collision with a power pole knocked the power out in parts of the city and some surrounding areas. At about noon on November 19th, Prince Albert Police Service officers attended to the collision at 6th Avenue and River Street West with further investigation determining that an altercation had taken place inside the vehicle just before the collision. Timothy Iron has been charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm, willful damage and breach of court-ordered release conditions in relation to this incident.
