Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is visiting the James Smith Cree Nation today (Mon). He will pay his respects this morning to the victims of the fatal attacks in September with 10 people killed and 18 others injured. Later, he will meet with First Nation Chiefs from that area plus the Chiefs of the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations and the Prince Albert Grand Council. This afternoon, the Prime Minister will participate in a grand entry ceremony with members of James Smith Cree Nation and mid-afternoon, he is expected to make an announcement.
