He served as the 14th Premier of Saskatchewan from 2007 until his retirement from politics in 2018 and today (Wed) his official portrait was unveiled at the Saskatchewan Legislative Building. Brad Wall was first elected as the MLA for Swift Current in 1999.

His portrait, painted by renowned Canadian artist Phil Richards, took four-and-a-half months of work over a two-year period. Premier Scott Moe says, “Brad Wall remains one of the most popular and successful leaders in our province’s history, having overseen a period of then-unprecedented growth and opportunity for Saskatchewan and the challenges that came with it.”
