The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a report of an unknown substance leaking from a package this morning (Fri) just before 10 in the 100 block of Avenue H South where there is a Canada Post building. Both the Haz Mat team and decontamination unit responded. The Fire Department reports that when they arrived, no one was experiencing signs or symptoms considered abnormal. The package was isolated and the Haz Mat team got their protective gear on and went into the building. The package was no longer leaking and the liquid was determined to be non-hazardous.
