Canada’s TC Energy estimates 14,000 barrels of oil a from its Keystone Pipeline was spilled in Washington County, Kansas before the pipe was shut down last Wednesday. A statement from the company says a workforce of over 250 people, including third-party environmental specialists is on scene. The product is contained, and multiple vacuum trucks, booms and additional resources are on site as well for the recovery process.
