If you would like to donate to CJWW’s Secret Santa to help families with food hampers and toys for Christmas, you have a couple of opportunities on Friday. The Caroling Firefighters are singing their way through the city, hitting businesses, organizations, restaurants and events looking for cash donations. The Saskatoon Fire Department’s firefighters have been steadfast volunteers of Secret Santa since it began in 1983. They continue all day and into the evening.

Friday night is also Secret Santa night at the Blades game, so if you are heading to the game toy donations and cash donations are being accepted. Chair of the Secret Santa Foundation, Vic Dubois, notes that they are a federally registered charity, so you can get a tax receipt. Find out more at www.saskatoonsecretsanta.ca.
