A Regina man is charged with possession and distribution of child pornography in connection to a Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation investigation which began in November. On November 8th, members of the ICE Unit began an investigation of child porn being uploaded through a social media program, and then yesterday (Wed), a search warrant was executed at a Regina home.
Electronic devices were examined at the scene, which police say provided evidence of the offences. Thirty-five-year-old Carlin Stulberg was released from custody on numerous conditions and is back in court February 6th.
