The travel woes continue for travellers with Sunwing. The company announced, via Twitter, that it is cancelling operations from both Saskatoon and Regina effective immediately and that will include travel from both airports up to and including February 3rd.

The company, which has been in a tailspin since bad weather hit across Canada over the Christmas holidays and is still trying to get vacationers home from sunshine destinations, says that they know they have failed to deliver on its customers’ expectations and “deeply apologize for not meeting the standards of service our Saskatoon and Regina customers rightfully expect.”

Impacted customers with cancelled southbound flights will receive a full refund from their original form of payment. No action is required from customers and refunds will be processed within 30 days.
