One man has been injured and another has died after a shooting in Air Ronge. La Ronge Ronge RCMP, along with provincial specialized units including Prince Albert Forensic Identification Services, Major Crimes and North Battleford Police Dog Services, are investigating an incident where shots were fired Thursday afternoon in a residential area of Air Ronge.

Two men were found injured and transported to hospital by ambulance. One was pronounced dead upon arrival and the second man was treated for serious but non life threatening injuries. Investigators don’t believe this was a random incident. An autopsy will be conducted in Saskatoon on Friday morning.
