In addition to removing snow, city crews are pruning trees on civic property in three neighborhoods—–Nutana, Forest Grove and Confederation Park. It is part of the City’s Boulevard Tree Maintainance Program which will continue until the end of March. The work preserves the health of the City’s tree inventory and provides clearance from buildings, signs streetlights and utility wires. Pedestrians, cyclists and motorists need to obey all road restrictions required during the pruning process.
