Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan Unit stopped and ticketed a driver for going too slow. This week, a driver on Ring Road in Regina was pulled over for going abnormally slow which police say can be a sign of impairment.

The CTSS officer says that was not the case this time and a warning was issued to the driver. Police say if you don’t feel comfortable driving at higher speeds then find a different route.

On the same shift, and back-to-back, the CTSS pulled over two drivers going around 140 km/h on Ring Road which is exceeding the speed limit by more than 35 km/h. One driver now has to pay a fine of $562 while the other will have to dish out $566.
