The Prime Minister says he will meet with the country’s premiers next month in an effort discuss health-care funding.

Justin Trudeau says he invited the premiers to a meeting in Ottawa on February 7th.

He made the announcement this morning on the third and final day of a Liberal cabinet retreat in Hamilton, Ontario.

Premiers and health ministers across the country have called on Ottawa to increase its share of health-care costs to 35 per cent, up from the current 22 per cent.
