At least 18 vehicles have been identified that have punctured tires in Saskatoon’s Varsity View neighbourhood.

The Saskatoon Police Service says two 15-year-old males were arrested and charged with eighteen counts of willful damage to property as well as weapons related offences.

Police were called to the 1000 block of Colony Street in the early morning hours today to a report of persons vandalizing vehicles. Police report that the two suspects they rounded up also were in possession of bladed weapons.

Police are encouraging residents in the area bordered by Saskatchewan Crescent East, College Drive, Cumberland Avenue South, and 14th Street East to inspect their vehicles for vandalism.
