Prince Albert Police say officers were called out Sunday around 10:30 p.m. to a carjacking.

It happened in the 1400 block of 10th Avenue East when a man reported his vehicle had been stolen from outside a business by two women who threatened him with a knife. He told police he was confronted by the robbers shortly after he parked his vehicle next to another which had several people inside.

Police located the stolen vehicle a short time later near 5th Avenue and River Street West.

A 22-year-old woman is charged with robbery and dangerous driving and will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
