Three suppliers with expertise in the field of dental and health claims processing have qualified to participate in the next phase of the procurement process for Canada’s dental care program.

Express Scripts Canada, Medavie and Sun Life Financial now move on to the next phase of the procurement process.

In the meantime, an interim Canada Dental Benefit began December 1st, helping families of eligible children under 12 access the dental care they need.

Parents and guardians can apply if the child is under 12 and doesn’t have access to a private dental insurance plan, and the family earns less than $90,000 a year.
