36 year old Fred Katsiris has escape from the minimum-security unit of the penitentiary in Prince Albert. Staff discovered he was missing when they conducted an evening count around 8:30 Sunday night. He is serving a sentence of a little over two years for a number of offences including possession and trafficking of property obtained by crime. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
