A woman driving an SUV died in the accident on Highway 3 on Sunday.

Sunday morning, Turtleford/Glaslyn RCMP received the report of a collision between an SUV and a semi at the intersection of Highway 3 and Range Road 3173 near Glaslyn

The 37-year-old victim from Swift Current was the only person in the SUV and was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. The driver of the semi did not report any injuries.

North Battleford EMS, Glaslyn and Turtleford Fire Departments, a community safety officer from the RM of Mervin, conservation officers with the Provincial Protective Services Branch and a Saskatchewan RCMP Collision Analyst responded to the accident. Turtleford/Glaslyn RCMP thank the community members who helped.

RCMP continue to investigate in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
