Police were called to the 1800 block of Victoria Avenue East at 7 o clock this morning for a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle. When police arrived, officers found a 47-year-old male on the roadway. EMS arrived a short time later and confirmed that the male was deceased.

The name of the deceased will not be released at this time.

Notification is being made to his next-of-kin.
